I visited Instituto de Astrofisica de Canarias, Tenerife, and Nordic Optical Telescope, Observatorio del Roque de los Muchachos, La Palma, Canary Islands, Spain. With Dr. Benrabe Cedres and Dr. Jordi Cepa, we made narrow-band imaging of spiral galaxies.

I attended Okayama Student Observation School held at Okayama Astrophysical Observatory, Okayama, Japan, as an instructor. The students made a color-magnitude diagram of an open cluster M67, with bands of V and I, taken by the Cassegrain imager and spectrograph, KOOLS. I also discussed about science using KOOLS with observatory staff.
