授業の概要・ねらい ／Course Aims	Students will have various opportunities to participate in overseas activities related to tourism. Global Learning Activity includes programs of GIP (Global Intensive Project) which provide opportunities to learn English, different cultures and tourism trends abroad. Global Learning Activity A requires more than 30 work hours and less than 59 for accreditation.
到達目標 ／Course Objectives	All programs aim to develop students’ English communication skills and inter-cultural understanding.
成績評価の方法・基準 ／Grading Policies/Criteria	Credit will be awarded towards the working hours of each program, the submission of reports.
教科書 ／Textbook	As specified in program detail.
参考書・参考文献 ／Reference Book	Students are recommended to read books and articles related to the countries in which the program is conducted.
履修上の注意 ・メッセージ ／Notice for Students	Check Campus Square message, the Wakayama University Moodle and the noticeboard for the program details and the information session. The application forms will be distributed on the Wakayama University Moodle. This is a part of GP.（15期生以降は、GP指定科目ではありません。） 【Important Notice】 Participants must take English proficiency examinations before/after the program of Global Learning Activity for checking their achievement.
履修する上で必要な事項 ／Prerequisite	Program cost is as specified in each program description. English proficiency exam fees are required apart from program fee. Travel insurance and OSSMA service are also pre-requisite for enrolling in these programs.
履修を推奨する関連科目 ／Related Courses	As specified in program detail.
授業時間外学修についての指示 ／Instructions for studying outside class hours	Participation in orientation meetings for each program, pre-seminars and achievement presentations is needed. Additionally, you need  a preparatory self-learning before you go abroad. Also, you need to review the program after coming back.
