授業の概要・ねらい /Course Aims |
Students have various opportunities to participate in overseas /domestic activities related to tourism. Global Learning Advanced includes programs of GIP which provide project-based learning activities related to global issues on tourism, offered or approved by the Faculty. The contents of activities in Global Learning Advanced will be more advanced and specialized than in Global Learning Activities and Self-Directed Project. The faculty will offer a few programs for this academic year. Global Learning Advanced B requires more than 60 work hours and less than 119 for accreditation. For enrollment, students are required high proficiency in English language and a certain level of expertise in tourism. If students want to plan an original program, it must be approved by the faculty in advanced. For example, summer school tourism seminars offered by universities could be a guide for the approval. |

履修上の注意 ・メッセージ /Notice for Students |
This is a part of GP. The language used in each program is English. Students need to have a sufficient level of language proficiency (not only speaking skill but also reading and writing skill) for conducting program and a certain level of expertise in tourism. Some programs may set criteria for enrollment. Check Campus Square message, the Wakayama University Moodle and the noticeboard for the program details and the information session. The application forms will be distributed on the Wakayama University Moodle. |

The programs may need costs. It is specified in each program description. Travel insurance and OSSMA service are pre-requisite for enrolling if the program is conducted oversea. |
