授業の概要・ねらい
/Course Aims
The rapid advancement of information and communication technologies has fundamentally transformed the tourism sector, reshaping how destinations are marketed, how services are delivered, and how tourists experience the world. At the intersection of these shifts lies digital service design, a discipline that goes beyond interface aesthetics to address how technology-enabled services can be intentionally structured to create meaningful, seamless, and memorable tourist experiences.

This course examines digital service design as a core aspect in contemporary tourism management. Students will critically explore how technologies can either enrich or obstruct the tourist experience. By embedding digital service design within the broader context of tourism management, this course equips students to approach real-world industry challenges with both conceptual rigour and practical design capability.
